Water Removal, Structural Drying, & Floor Cleaning in South Haven

Camelot Emergency Water Removal Project Manager, Tim Young, arrived on site to assess the damage and complete moisture inspections. Tim communicated the scope of work to the homeowner. Once approval was given from the homeowner, our crews began work in the home. Crews began extracting and disinfecting areas that were impacted. Specialty drying equipment was installed and set up in several areas of the home to ensure proper drying.

He thoroughly inspected the damage, taking moisture readings and determining the best solution to remediate the damage in the home. Crew Chef, Corey, disinfected all affected areas and then set up professional drying equipment to effectively dry the kitchen and basement ceiling.

Camelot Emergency Water Removal Project Manager, Tim, arrived on site and began to assess the damage. The busted pipe caused damage to the ceilings, walls, carpet, wood and tile flooring. The walls, and ceiling in the living room had ice build up as well. Crew Chief, Todd, and his crew began removing the damaged drywall from the ceiling and some of the walls, removed the wood flooring and some tile. Once the crew finished cleaning up the water and debris they set up some drying equipment to professionally dry out the home from top to bottom.

Camelot Emergency Water Removal Project Manager, Tim, went over the scope of work needed with the homeowner. Crew Chief, Corey, began to remove the damaged wood floor in the kitchen. To properly dry out the cabinets he installed specialty drying equipment to return the kitchen to a pre flood moisture content.
