Project Manager, Claud Brown, arrived at the home to assess the damage. Claud was able to assist the homeowner in determining a plan of action. Once the scope of work was agreed upon, Claud sent out a team to begin the work. Crews arrived onsite within an hour and began removing unsalvable contents in their basement. From there extraction, steam cleaning, and sanitation took place to ensure proper clean up of the sewage. From there drying equipment was set up.
