In Rockford, Michigan, a homeowner experienced a water line leak in the 2nd floor that ran down into the ceiling of the kitchen. The kitchen ceiling and floors were affected. The homeowners needed our assistance properly drying their wood floors and ceiling.

He inspected the water damage thoroughly and spoke to the customer to come up with the most effective course of action. Crew Chief Todd, and crew began by extracting water from the floors. From there they removed the affected ceiling. Cleaning and disinfection was preformed. Then proper drying equipment was installed, including a hardwood machine. The team was able to save their hardwood floors and the kitchen was dry in a few short days.
