Family-Owned Since 1993

A little bit about us! For the past 33 years, Camelot Emergency Water Removal has been your local family-owned and operated water restoration company, servicing an eight-county area, including greater Kalamazoo since 1993 and Lansing since 2006.

Our company is still family-run, now in its second generation under General Manager Ben Vrobel and Assistant General Manager Shannon Vrobel. When you call, a Camelot staff member answers, not a call center, and the crews who come out live and work in the communities they serve.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've had people from four different locations work on my basement this week.  I can't get over how consistently great they are. Every one of them has been polite professional and friendly. They get their work done quickly they work around all the issues I've had with the transformer in the neighborhood going out so we had no power one day to the two different days that the plumbers also had to be here and they would have to vacate the area so the plumbers could run their tests or cameras or whatever. Not once did I get a complaint not once did I have a complaint to give either. I am just incredibly pleased with the service we have received. Absolutely worth the price absolutely perfect work and phenomenal people. Higher than if you need their help it is worth it

Had to come leave a waiting here as well because I know one of the first cruise was from Lansing if I'm correct I think we also had people from Grand rapids I'm not sure all I know is this company is freaking amazing. They have phenomenal people working for them who are not only very quick to respond and very quick to get their work done they are competent and kind. Especially the kindness right now makes a difference. We've gone through a lot my mother and I she's elderly I'm handicapped and we cannot do anything about the mess in our basement with sewage that happened last weekend. They took care of it they treated us like we were their family. I personally don't think I can say enough nice things about them. If you need the help with cleaning up a mess that has to do with water or sewage higher than it is worth the money it is worth the time they are phenomenal!

I have never met so many different people from one company that are so freaking amazing. We just had a sewage issue and they have been working on it in the middle of dealing with the fact that we had a transformer they had to change out in the neighborhood so we had one full day of no power in the house and they've also had to work around the plumbers who were fixing the issue.  Not only are they diligent at their work they are incredibly professional while also being very very kind and friendly. This whole event has been massively stressful on myself and my mother I'm handicapped my mother is elderly. They are so accommodating that they actually took out an extra TV for me that we couldn't lift they moved some trash bags that my daughter had gathered together of stuff before they showed up.  They have just been so freaking amazing. If I could give a higher rating than five stars I would do it in a heartbeat. I would recommend these people 100%

Camelot was the mold remediation and demo company for our recent water damage from a leaky well pressure tank. The company was wonderful to work with! Justin was the guy who got the ball rolling for us, and he was EXCELLENT. He responded quickly to our calls and questions and talked us systematically through the process we were facing. Great guy!
Braeden was the on-site crew leader for mold remediation throughout the project. He was OUTSTANDING! He is dependable, professional, thorough, and good at communicating with us on a daily basis. From start to finish, this young man showed himself to be completely capable and dedicated to the well-being of our home and our personal possessions! Our plumber came out and saw the situation, not good but fortunately for us recommended Camelot, Emergency Water Removal Service. Right from the very beginning with an under 30 minute arrival response from the project mgr. Quinn Manning who was extremely professional and took the time to properly access the water damage clearly explained to my wife and I the damage, it could have been much much worse. They had the right equipment,  the skills and team work to do a first rate excellent job. My thanks to the techs on my job: Matt, Koda, Chris and Jacob you rocked it!
