A homeowner in Grand Ledge, MI had an outside spigot leak that affected their basement. They called Camelot Emergency Water Removal to help with the clean up, and prevent any future damage from occurring.
Eric Steele, Project Manager, arrived onsite to assess the damaged caused to the finished basement. Once Eric determined the scope of work, it was then communicated to the homeowner. Once all parties were in agreement, Keith and partner began clean up of the affected areas by extracting the wet carpet and lifting for drying. For proper drying some baseboard was removed. They then sanitized and set up professional drying equipment to make sure the home was dried effectively.
