After some time, the customer returned only to find that the sink had overflowed and flooded the basement. The water damage in the basement had affected their drywall, vinyl plank flooring and carpet and pad.

Project manager, Ben, arrived on site within 30 minutes of receiving the call to start assessing the water damage caused by the sink overflow. After performing a thorough moisture inspection and marking all of the affected building materials, Ben established a drying plan with the customer and her husband. Once Ben had obtained photos of the water damage and compiled all necessary documentation for the customer’s insurance claim, the highly trained crew at Camelot Emergency Water Removal, led by Corey, got to work performing water extraction services before staging air movers and dehumidifiers to dry out the drywall and wet carpet.
