This homeowner in Grand Rapids, Michigan suffered from a dishwasher leak that affected two levels of their home. The basement and first floor were affected and they needed help to ensure proper dry out of their home.
Camelot Emergency Water Removal Project Manager, Justin Popp responded to the job first and communicated the extent of damage to the homeowner. Immediately, Crew Chief, Corey and partner Ethan were sent out to begin the work. The team began by removing the dishwasher and disinfecting the area. Then proper drying equipment was set up in the kitchen. In the basement wet pad was removed and carpet was lifted for drying. Disinfection also took place in the basement and equipment was set up to dry and return the home to a pre flood moisture content.
