A homeowner in Grand Rapids, Michigan, suffered from a sewage backup in their basement affecting several rooms. The paneling, baseboards, carpet, and pad were affected. The homeowner contacted us to make sure the basement was safely cleaned up.
Camelot Emergency Water Removal Project Manager, Tim Young, went to the home to inspect the damage. Tim thoroughly assessed the damage and communicated the scope of work with the homeowner. Two of Camelot’s team members got to work removing the affected flooring and paneling to ensure safe and proper drying. Then the basement was cleaned and sanitized and drying equipment was set up to effectively dry their basement.
