When our Project Manager, Eric Steele, arrived on-site, he fully inspected the damage. He used specialized equipment to detect the level of moisture in all areas affected. Eric communicated the scope of work to the customer and instructed our technicians to remove wet laminate in the bathroom and the wet parts of drywall in the ceiling to ensure proper drying. After steam cleaning and disinfection, equipment was set up in the bathroom and containment and equipment was set up in the basement to completely dry the home.
