In Lansing, Michigan a homeowner suffered water damage caused by winter melting. They have a sump pump in the basement to help avoid any flooding, however, the pump failed, and as a result water entered their basement. The homeowner needed our immediate assistance to dry their home.
Solutions provided:
Our Project Manager, Tim Young, arrived onsite and inspected the damage and communicate the process to the customer. Crew Chef, Eric & his partner Byron, extracted the excess water, and cleaned and sanitized the affected areas. There were twenty air movers, a dehumidifier and one air scrubber installed to effectively dry the home.
